Samsudeen is the managing partner of the firm, and has around 20 years of legal experience and heads the Corporate Affairs and Real Estate divisions of the Firm. His expertise in Corporate Law stems from his previous professional experience as the Finance manager of various local and international firms including the Airport & Aviation Authority Sri Lanka and Saudi Aramco etc … His experience in Corporate Law and his masters’ dissertation on Corporate Law enabled him to focus on Banking, Securitization, Foreign Investment Law, and Real Estate. He has managed all the Firm’s due diligence work and his opinion is much sought after in the corporate and real estate world.

Nizar joined the firm in 2011 and was made partner in 2017. He heads the Litigation and Arbitration practice of the Firm. Nizar’s work with various government sectors has given him much expertise on infrastructure and development related projects and he often advises on multi faceted projects.
